The crux of higher education is debated in earnest by the nation to augment the young potential workforce that is constituted in the wealth and health of the learners. The catch them young motto applies to the academic facilitators, parents, stakeholders and the dynamic learner participants so as to ensure quality output. The greatest challenge to India’s trajectory of growth and development rests on the proper implementation and absorption of the young potentially skilled workforce. We need to reorient our perceptions on the ever changing yardsticks of measurement and evaluation of the need based requirement in a nation. The innumerable opportunities, possibilities and innovations are to be enumerated through platforms of discussion by eminent scientists, thinkers and academicians to expand and open up spaces to accommodate the diversified needs of the society. The need for such discourses has become relevant in the present scenario of dynamic changes in the realm of education imparted to the next generation.
In pursuit of excellence we need to focus on the quality parameters that are enshrined in the newly drafted policies to improve the overall performance of higher education. The global picture for the deployment of the vibrant, creative energy of our youth is encouraging. The theoretical base of education can be enhanced through practical exposure of opportunities. The nation, aided by science and technology, can unify to incubate an ecosystem that opens up the windows of possibilities of jobs and job creation through entrepreneurship feasibilities at a global scale. The quality assurance in their field of choice needs to be ensured by the stakeholders.
