Walk With a Scholar Programme has been designed to arrange specialized mentoring programmes for students in Under Graduate Programmes in Arts, Science and Commerce streams. The stream originally introduced the idea of mentoring, building on the concept of mentors as a "Guide and Friend".
Govt of Kerala introduced this programme in the academic year 2014-15. To implement this programme in college level, a college level co-ordinator was appointed in all colleges. In our college, Sr. Shirly Thattil was the coordinator for the academic years 2014-15 and 2015-16. Dr. Lali Thomas Kotturan was the coordinator during the academic years 2016-17 and 2018-19. During the year 2017-18, Government didn't release fund for WWS activities. Hence no activities were done during 2017-18. Ms. Anne Jose M is the college level coordinator for the current academic year 2019-20.
