Poster Making and Kavita Padh
Department of Hindi organized Poster Making and Kavita Padh on the occasion of commemorating World Hindi Day. Ms. Anjitha K., 1st Year, Department of Computer Science won First Prize and Ms. Smrithy M. S., 1st year, Department of Botany won the Second Prize for Poster Making. Ms. Rana Sain, 1st Year, Department of History won First Prize for Hindi Kavitha Padh.

Poster Making and Hindi Kavita Padh were organized as part of Hindi day by the Department of Hindi on 14th September, 2023. Ms. Smrithy M. S., 1st year, Department of Botany won first prize for poster making and Ms. Fathima Shana, 1st year, Department of Chemistry secured the second prize. Ms. Rose Mariya, 1st Year, Department of Zoology secured first prize and Ms. Neza Muhammed, 1st year, Department of Chemistry secured first prize and second prize for Hindi Kavita Padh.
Commemoration of Reading Day - 19-06-2023
The Department of Hindi has organized an Online Reading Competition as part of commemorating Reading Day. The program was organized online due to the centralized paper valuation camp by Calicut University. Ms. Rahitha P. V., 2nd year student in the Department of History secured First Prize and Ms. Lima Krishna., 2nd year student in the Department of Botany secured Second Prize.

Talk show as part of Swatchhta pakhwada 2020 was conducted by Department of Indian Languages on 23/01/2020, Dr. Anuroj T.J. Asst. Prof. & H.O.D of Hindi presided the Function.
Eco Friendly Initiatives - Haritham 2018
Conducted a programme in collaboration with Physics & Malayalam Departments to make staff & students aware of using Eco friendly jute bags by replacing plastic carry bags.
Energy Conservation Day
Energy conservation day was celebrated in collaboration with Physics and Malayalam Departments. A talk was arranged on energy conservation by Mr. Rajan, Assistant Executive Engineer, Kechery & Mr.Prasad, Assistant Executive Engineer, Guruvayoor. Notices comprising of tips to save electricity were distributed among the students. An essay competition was also conducted in connection with this.
