Welcome to the Department of Human Resource Management
BA HRM course was introduced in Little Flower College, Guruvayoor in the year 2021 and the department of Human Resource Management started functioning from October 2021 with the first batch of 42 students.
The department has been working towards providing the students with complete knowledge of the HR function with various activities, webinars, seminars etc.
Vision - To be a catalyst in shaping skilled and compassionate HR professionals through innovative practices.
