OVERVIEW

The Under Graduate Programme in Functional English (B.A Functional English) was established under the Department of English in the year 2002. The Programme is designed to embed the scholars  with basic functional skills in the academic and professional fields.The department has been consistently producing excellent and ambitious students who adorn elevated positions in the society.About 50 students have cleared UGC NET and other competitive exams. Many more are molding the society as journalists, lawyers, teachers and professionals.Our students are trained to be competitive, caring, and motivated to be the beacon holders of the future society.We provide adequate ambiance for our students to be excellent aspirants both as talented academicians and as strong and reliable women .
