HR Hub Inauguration 2023-24

The department association HR HUB inauguration for the year 2023-24 was done on 13^th December 2023. The inauguration was done by Mr. Jacob C J, Deputy Manager, HCM Department, Gram Pro Business Services Pvt. Ltd. He also gave a speech on Human Resource Management in Banking. 

SIGN LANGUAGE WORKSHOP (KAIMOZHI)

A sign language workshop was conducted on 29^th September 2023 for the NSS volunteers of our college. 6 student trainers from other departments provided training to these students. 93 students participated in the programme. 

Quiz Competition - 05/06/2023

A Quiz competition was conducted on 05^th June 2023 in connection with World environment day. 

Article Writing Competition - 19/06/2022

An article writing competition was conducted in connection with World Father’s Day (Third Sunday of June) to make the students understand the role of parents in their lives

Quiz Competition - 26/07/2022

To keep the victory of our great soldiers in memory, a quiz competition was conducted in connection with Kargil Vijay Diwas (26^th July). This is was conducted in the eve of 75^th year of Independence, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

HR HUB Inauguration

The department of Human Resource Management started functioning in the year 2021 with 42 students. BA HRM course was introduced in Little Flower College which is one of the college among the three colleges in Kerala under University of Calicut to have started this course.

With the second batch of students in the year 2022, an association was formed.

The formal inauguration of the association was on the 11^th of November 2022. ‘HR HUB’, the association of the department of Human resource management was inaugurated by Dr. Benny Joseph, CEO of Jubilee Mission Hospital Thrissur. The Principal of our college Dr. Valsa MA had presided the inauguration of the association.

The guest emphasized on the Industries’ expectation from HR graduates and gave valuable insights.
